If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Foreman’s Clothing & Retail will return all items within 30 business days of the original purchase date.
Product requirement
If you want to return or exchange your product, please note the following:
- Ensure that products are returned and exchanged in their original packaging.
- No traces of use on the surface of the product, such as no scratches on the surface of the T-shirt, no missing parts, etc.
Reasons for return and exchange
Business reasons: If there is a problem with our service or product quality, you need to provide relevant product pictures, unpacking videos, etc., to demonstrate your point of view, after the review is passed, we will re-ship or refund, and the freight of re-delivery is borne by the merchant.
Customer reasons: If you no longer need the product for personal reasons, we need you to bear the freight for return and exchange, we do not charge product listing fees.
Cancel an order
If you want to cancel your order, we support cancellations within 30 minutes, after which you will not be able to cancel your order as it has already been packed and cannot be recovered from the warehouse.
Refund
The refund time is usually 1-2 business days to return your payment account, please contact us after the deadline. Shipping charges are non-refundable when requesting a refund.
